Another item that I particularly love is the Happy PMS Cream. This is a 100% all natural progesterone cream that I used up until my 38th week of my 4th pregnancy. It's known that the body produces progesterone in great abundance during pregnancy. However there are some who don't produce enough, which is why physicians will prescribe progesterone suppositories until the 12th week. The truth is, progesterone helps beyond the 12th week. A natural progesterone in a cream base is beneficial to a pregnant mom. The main reason I used the cream during my 4th pregnancy was to prevent early miscarriage and preterm labor.
