Your baby's eyes are now more in front instead of the side of the head. The baby is now beginning to slowly move it's eyes, although he hasn't begun blinking yet.

Tips for Mom
Your uterus continues to grow upwards into your abdomen and is probably about an inch and a half below your belly button. As it grows you may notice that you are going to the bathroom more frequently, that you aren't able to eat as much or that you are short of breath. This is caused by the uterus growing and pushing all the other organs out of the way so that it has room. It flattens the bladder, constricts the stomach and pushes on the lungs.

You may also notice sharp pains in your sides if you move too quickly. We talked before about the round ligaments and that is what this pain is. As they grow and elongate, they also get thinner. Quick movements can strain them causing severe pain. If you pull these muscles, try laying down and resting and take the rest of the day for some R&R. You deserve it anyways!!!
