Breast or Bottle? That is the question. You have seen the changes your body has made in preperation for breastfeeding after the baby is born. There are a lot of things to consider when making this important decision! Now is the time to start thinking about it.

Still suffering from leg cramps? Many times in pregnancy, a woman may be woken from her sleep with a "charlie horse" in her calf or foot. If this has become a problem for you, try increasing your calcium. Eating a banana a day has also been said to help with leg cramps. When you feel the cramp start, immediately stand up and walk it out. While it is incredibly painful, this helps send a surge of blood to the leg and can help shorten the length you have the cramp.

Avoid eating a lot of fish during your pregnancy. While fish is high in nutrients, many fish are also high in mercury. In March of 2004, the FDA changed its guidelines on fish. They now suggest eating no more than 12oz a week. You should also avoid shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and tilefish (also called golden or white snapper) all together.
